Return Policy

Warranty

All products are tested and verified as working prior to shipment. They are warranted to work or perform the intended function.

Manufacturing Fault

Products can be returned at the supplier's expense if recalled, or if a manufacturing fault is found.

Buyer's Remorse

The product may be returned under this condition provided,

1. The product has not been used,
2. The product is still in its current packaging
3. If the item has been used but has not been modified in any way, the product may be returned at a 50% refund of the original price (excluding promotional items)
